Born in New York City and raised around the thoroughbred racing industry, Bethenny Frankel graduated from New York University and later trained as a natural foods chef. She achieved massive entrepreneurial success as the founder of the global lifestyle brand Skinnygirl and has since become a prominent disaster relief philanthropist through her initiative, BStrong.
